Marine structure fabrication and installation

Bestec fabricates small to medium sized steel and pipe structures including installation and sea fastening onto the vessels through the ship yards and also direct owners. All the installations is carried out by the well experienced lifting supervisors with proper lifting plan.

We have experience in fabrication and installation of helideck, grillage structure, ramp doors, barges and floatel, chute platform and chutes, LQ Blocks, crane boom, strainers, PV valve frames and platforms.

Offshore Structure Fabrications

Bestec fabricates complicated structures with stringent quality requirements for offshore industries at our workshop.

We have experience in fabrication of winch frame, collar protectors, Frame support for plet upending for deep water pipe lines, Assembly tools, H-Frame, Radiator platform, 100 MT SWL Towing Bracket, Gang way pedestal, Flare tower, Hang off Platform, Lifting clamps, Spreader bar, Topside Barge Bumper structure, Spreader beams, Electro chlorination skids and Pile sleeve etc.
